This is typically a 1-3 session exploration meant to help you find first/next steps in your wellbeing or personal development path:

  • This type of appointment is best for someone who needs support with their emotional wellbeing but does not know where to start and wants to brainstorm options with someone before committing to a practitioner or activity

  • I spend lots of time learning about various therapeutic modalities from research studies, mental health conferences, books, and practitioners in multiple related fields. I'm happy to share relevant knowledge about available treatments to help you narrow down your search

  • In this session type we assess your unique emotional wellbeing needs and preferences and explore next steps to target the problems that you are looking to address. The aim is to help narrow down your search for appropriate services for you

  • For example, we may identify an activity for you to enroll in, a type of therapist to see, or exercises you can practice on your own or with friends
